However, even though Nintendo, <a href=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/2019\/07\/25\/almost-everyone-thinks-pokemon-is-made-by-nintendo-and-almost-everyone-is-wrong-says-producer\/\">as we\u2019ve discussed before<\/a>, isn\u2019t actually the company that makes the <em>Pok\u00e9mon<\/em> video games, developer Game Freak, and by proxy the Pok\u00e9mon Company that manages the overall IP, have such a strong working relationship that Pikachu and pals migrating to a non-Nintendo console isn\u2019t something we\u2019re likely to see anytime soon.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, a lot of <strong>Lego<\/strong> enthusiasts had given up hope of ever getting to build a Pok\u00e9mon, since the franchise had chosen so often to grace Japanese toymaker Kawada\u2019s Nanoblock and Canadian Mega Brands\u2019 Mega Bloks lines instead. <strong>But now, after 30 years of waiting, Pok\u00e9mon Lego kits are finally on their way!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724221\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-1.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724222\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-2.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Three Lego Pok\u00e9mon sets will be arriving all at once<\/strong>, with, naturally, <strong>Pikachu<\/strong> present and accounted for. The face of the franchise is joined by <strong>Eevee<\/strong> and, in a three-creature bundle, the second evolutions of all three original Kanto region starters: <strong>Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724223\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-3.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Pok\u00e9mon<\/em> is a series loved by fans both young and old, and all three of these kits are being pitched towards fans on the latter end of that spectrum. The simplest of the bunch, Eevee, still consists of<strong> 587 pieces<\/strong>, with a construction complex enough to allow for <strong>posable head, legs, and tail<\/strong>. The Pok\u00e9mon Company also promises that there\u2019s a hidden Easter egg, saying <strong>\u201cWhile building this Pok\u00e9mon model figure, fans can discover a special surprise that highlights Eevee\u2019s many Evolutions.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724224\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-4.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724225\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-5.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>2,050-piece Pikachu and Pok\u00e9 Ball kit<\/strong> also allows for some cool customization, letting you build your Pikachu in either standing or leaping poses. You also get the proper parts to make<strong> your choice of male or female Pikachu<\/strong> (the boy\u2019s tail has a straight-edged tip, while the girl\u2019s has a cleft in the middle that makes it look like a heart).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724226\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-6.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Pok\u00e9 Ball can also be built with its latch closed or open, and <strong>by using the electric energy effect pieces, you can make it look like Pikachu is leaping out of the Pok\u00e9 Ball and ready to do battle!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724227\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-7.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finally, the designers boast that the <strong>6,838-piece Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise kit<\/strong> is \u201cone of the Lego Group\u2019s largest ever display sets.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724228\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-8.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"545\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Each of three creatures can be built and displayed separately, but their bases are designed to allow them to be linked into a single piece of epic Pok\u00e9-art.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724229\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-9.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-724230\" src=\"https:\/\/soranews24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/lp-10.jpg?w=640\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"984\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In terms of individual sizes, Pikachu is actually the biggest of the five Lego Pocket Monsters, standing roughly 35 centimeters (13.5 inches) tall.
