An exclusive doughnut you won\u2019t find anywhere else in the world.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Krispy Kreme Japan<\/strong> loves to cater to the local market with sweet exclusives, and it zooms in even further by catering to a micro market, with special doughnuts limited to regional stores<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Known as the \u201cKrispy Kreme Premium<\/strong>\u201d series, these regional exclusives were previously limited to select stores in Nagoya<\/strong><\/a>, Hokkaido<\/strong><\/a>, and Tokyo<\/strong><\/a>, with each region having its own lineup, but now there\u2019s a new region getting its very own unique doughnut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Called the \u201cKrispy Kreme Premium Doughwich<\/strong>\u201c, this style of doughnut is only on the menu at the Amu Plaza Hakata store in Fukuoka Prefecture<\/strong>, located on the island of Kyushu in southwestern Japan.<\/p>\n Available at only one store in the whole country, the Doughwich features Krispy Kreme\u2019s signature fluffy yeast dough, layered with smooth cream and other flavourful ingredients in a luxurious \u201csandwich style\u201d doughnut. Sandwiched inside the Doughwich is a refreshing Setouchi lemon cream<\/strong>, a sweet yet tart Setouchi lemon sauce<\/strong>, and light and fluffy custard whipped cream<\/strong>.
